2. TRAVEL AGENCY ACTIVITY AND APPLICABLE REGULATIONS

CREWSEA TRAVEL, S.L. carries out its activity as a travel agency, providing services related to the organisation, intermediation and management of travel services.

The activity of CREWSEA TRAVEL, S.L. is subject to the applicable tourism regulations and consumer protection legislation, including, among others, the regulations relating to package travel and linked travel arrangements.

For these purposes, express reference is made to Royal Decree-Law 23/2018, of 21 December, transposing directives on trademarks, rail transport, package travel and linked travel arrangements, as well as to any other applicable national, regional or local regulations governing travel agencies.

3. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, as well as the designs, logos, text and/or graphics, are owned by the CONTROLLER or, where applicable, the CONTROLLER holds a licence or express authorisation from the authors.
